Premature ejaculation home remedies are the non-drug natural ways used to treat premature ejaculation at home. There are many different treatments as follows:

1- Zinc supplements to treat premature ejaculation

Zinc supplements are considered one of the best supplements specifically designed to treat premature ejaculation, because zinc supports the health of the body in general and men’s health in particular, as it enhances the immune system and cell health. At the same time, zinc helps to raise levels of the male hormone, testosterone, which is credited with increasing sexual desire. Zinc also boosts the body's energy levels.

Research published in the American Library of Medicine showed that there is a link between low libido and impotence and low levels of zinc in the body, so researchers believe that taking 11 milligrams of zinc per day may contribute to a delay in ejaculation.

A 2009 study on rats found that giving zinc supplements daily to rats improves desire and treats sexual problems such as premature ejaculation.

The side effects of zinc supplementation are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, a metallic taste in the mouth, and kidney damage when there is excessive zinc intake without the need.

Also called numbing pads, they contain benzocaine, which reduces sensation in the penis tip. This substance reduces the stimulation of the penis by closing the sodium channels.
