Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User) and the service provider (the Doctor).

1. Not for Emergency Services

This app is for non-urgent consultations only. In cases of anuria, acute kidney failure, acute urinary retention, gross hematuria, penile fracture, painful priapism, or severe testicular pain, you must immediately go to the ER or call an ambulance.

2. Advisory and Educational Nature

Provided information is educational and advisory based on your data and is not a definitive diagnosis or an absolute substitute for a physical clinical examination.

3. No Substitute Physician-Patient Relationship

Using the app does not establish a legal physician-patient relationship substitute for primary healthcare; the doctor guides you based on digital inputs and images only.

4. Eligibility (Age and Gender)

This app is exclusively for men over 18. By using it, you acknowledge being of legal age and the accuracy of your registered gender.

5. Data Accuracy and Account Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded tests and the confidentiality of your login data. The doctor is not liable for guidance based on false data or lost account access.

6. Modifying or Stopping Treatment Plan

Do not change medication doses or stop current treatment based on this electronic consultation without seeing your treating physician face-to-face for actual evaluation.

7. Side Effects and Prior Allergies

Any recommended medication may have side effects that vary per person. The user must read the internal leaflet of each drug and inform the doctor immediately if abnormal symptoms appear.

8. Professional Medical Care Standard

The doctor commits to professional medical care, but as medicine is not a science that guarantees definitive results, full recovery or success of any proposed plan cannot be guaranteed.

9. Extended Legal Disclaimer

The doctor or developer is not liable for direct, indirect damages or medical complications resulting from user misunderstanding of instructions or failure to follow the medical plan accurately.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software of the UroConsul application are the exclusive property of the developer and may not be copied or used commercially without prior permission.

11. Termination of Service

The application administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account in case of violation of terms and conditions or improper or abusive use of the service.

12. Information Security and Protocols

The app uses AES-256 encryption to protect chats. However, the user acknowledges that any electronic means may carry technical risks and agrees to use the service at their own risk.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by international legal principles, and in case of any dispute, the laws applicable in the service provider's legal residence shall apply.

14. Modification of Terms

The doctor reserves the right to update these terms at any time to keep pace with technical or legal developments. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
