This privacy policy is designed to comply with Google Play and Apple App Store requirements, as well as international data protection laws (GDPR and CCPA). It applies to all users of the UroConsul Application.

2. Types of Data We Collect

- Personal Identity: We collect information such as your name, contact details, gender, age, and location data captured during the legal consent process.
- Sensitive Health Data:
This includes medical history (chronic diseases, surgeries, allergies), current symptoms, diagnostic reports, and clinical images. All consultation transcripts are protected using AES-256 encryption.
- Technical & Location Data: IP address, device identifiers (Android ID/IDFV), application version 1.0.0, and precise on-demand location used exclusively for identifying local emergency services.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your information only to:

- Provide professional medical consultations and advisory reports.
- Facilitate secure international payments through third-party payment gateways.
- Ensure safety and accuracy of medical advice provided.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Data Transfers

As a global service, your data may be stored and processed on secure cloud servers located in different regions. We ensure protection of all data transfers by end-to-end encryption and compliance with international standards.

5. Security & Encryption

We implement military-grade safeguards, including end-to-end message encryption (AES-256) and secure storage buckets. Your healthcare data is only accessible to authorized consultation participants.

6. Data Sharing & Financial Safety

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. Data is shared only with essential processors: Supabase Inc. (cloud backend), Google Firebase (notifications), and PayPal (payments).

Note: Your financial card details are processed exclusively by PayPal and are never stored on our servers.

7. Your Rights

Regardless of where you reside, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You may also request a copy of your stored health records.

- Access your medical data and receive a copy of it.
- Please correct any inaccurate information.
- Permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).

8. Data Retention and Erasure

Medical records are stored securely as long as your account is active or for the duration required by medical record-keeping laws. You can trigger full erasure of your PHI (Project Health Information) from within the app settings at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

This application is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age and older for medical purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without parental consent or supervision.

10. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect changes in our app or legal requirements. We will notify you of any changes by updating the version date below.
