2- Secondary premature ejaculation:

Secondary premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates within two minutes of the beginning of intercourse. The patient was diagnosed with secondary premature ejaculation when the problem recently developed. 

The causes of secondary premature ejaculation include stress, depression, and various conditions that affect men's mental and psychological states.

What are the causes of premature ejaculation?

The exact causes of premature ejaculation are still unknown, but many risk factors cause them, such as pathological disorders and psychological diseases.

1. Pathological causes of premature ejaculation:

Diabetes Mellitus. Multiple sclerosis. Thyroid gland diseases. Prostate gland diseases. Drug addiction. Drug side effects. Low testosterone. Erectile dysfunction. Cardiovascular diseases. Spinal cord diseases.

2- Psychological causes of premature ejaculation:

Stress, anxiety, and depression. Excessive sexual stimulation. Lack of sexual experience. Have sex for the first time. The tension between spouses. Sexual abuse. Depression.

What are premature ejaculation complications?

Premature ejaculation makes a man embarrassed or causes him to have low self-confidence. Premature ejaculation can be a problem when it occurs frequently and interferes with the sexual pleasure of the man and his partner, in particular.

Premature ejaculation may lead to infertility because the patient ejaculates outside the vagina, and semen does not reach the uterus.
